Summary R-ECO is a not-for-profit social enterprise that installs renewable energy solutions for households, business and public organizations. We develop consumer co-operatives to establish large community owned renewable energy projects to alleviate fuel poverty and to facilitate a low carbon transition. The Key to our success is education and awareness of energy issues. By hosting public education events through the Transition Town groups, we can deliver the message that we need to generate our own sustainable energy and reduce our overall energy demands to curb climate change and cure our addiction to fossil fuels.
